Packaging Design
Print 4 provides bespoke packaging design for brands.
We design and create unique and effective packaging and media designed to create an impact
Your product's structural and visual identity is the first physical touchpoint a consumer encounters. We craft tailored packaging solutions that capture attention, protect your product, and communicate your brand story with absolute clarity.
Structural Conceptualisation for Food, Drink, and Luxury Goods
Every product requires a distinct structural approach. Our design process translates your brief into functional, eye-catching three-dimensional assets across multiple sectors:
- Food and Beverage Closures: Functional configurations designed to maintain product integrity while standing out on competitive retail shelves.
- Premium Gift Boxes: High-end rigid structures engineered for luxury appeal, corporate gifting, and high-value product launches.
- Promotional and POS Formats: Custom structural configurations developed for limited-edition runs, marketing campaigns, and interactive influencer kits.
Whether you are an established global name scaling a production line or an upcoming brand launching a flagship product, our creative team shapes concepts that balance aesthetic appeal with real-world structural stability.

From Initial Brief to Shelf-Ready Visual Identity
We work closely with your initial concepts, sketches, or strict brand guidelines to build out functional packaging architecture. Our design team focuses heavily on tactile and visual elements to ensure the end result represents your business accurately.
"Packaging must do more than just hold a product; it needs to create an intuitive unboxing experience through precise folding, shaping, and structural balance."
By experimenting with form—including custom die-cuts, pop-outs, precise folding mechanics, and unique geometry—we ensure your physical assets achieve distinct presence, whether destined for a traditional retail environment or direct-to-consumer letterboxes.
Eco-Conscious Structural Engineering
Modern packaging design must account for its environmental lifecycle. We approach every design brief with a commitment to minimizing material waste, optimizing spatial efficiency, and prioritizing structural configurations that seamlessly accommodate sustainable, responsibly sourced materials.
Sustainable packaging shouldn’t cost the Earth. And with us, it doesn’t.

A sample of our packaging design portfolio

- The challenge was to hold a branded golf ball, 3 branded tees and a postcard, to go out as a gift when ordering Ted Baker Gold wear.
- The objective was to produce a buyer’s box that reflected the shape and format of the chocolate bars enclosed.
- Doughnotts asked us to create packaging for mail ordered doughnuts, enabling them to arrive safely and securely. The packaging needed to demonstrate tamper resistance ensuring safety and confidence in the item.
- We were asked to design a range of packaging to highlight their business approach and the ethical and environmental positioning of their product range.
