The challenge:

We’re happy to have worked closely with Nottingham’s most successful and innovative doughnut company, and thankfully we sometimes get to sample their amazing products too!

The brief was to create packaging for mail ordered doughnuts, enabling them to arrive safely and securely. The packaging needed to demonstrate tamper resistance.

Our response:

We created a rigid box with an incorporated security seal that would fit through standard UK letter boxes whilst keeping the product fresh and safe. The outer is protected with ANTIBAC BEAD BARRIER and printed with vegan friendly inks; the inner is lined with food safe grease proof paper.

Test boxes were mailed out to a sample selection of customers, to record their findings and feedback to help with further product development. On this occasion the first trials passed all the tests.
