SUSTAINABLE ANTIBAC BEAD BARRIER FINISH
Our exclusive PRINT 4 ANTIBAC BEAD BARRIER process was first developed for the hospitality industry; we now also supply it across healthcare, education, catering, manufacturing, and delivery service sectors. A fully tested antibacterial bead barrier layer is applied to the print surface to prevent bacterial growth; the active ingredient gives maximum protection for the lifetime of the product.
PRINT 4 ANTIBAC BEAD BARRIER offers the same protection as a plastic laminated finish, but it’s totally plastic free! It’s also 100% compostable, provides 99.9% antibacterial protection and is water resistant.
This is cost-effective, sustainable option for a wide range of uses, such as menus, brochures, packaging, wrapping and delivery packaging, boxes, folders and leaflets.

This is a very versatile way of creating impactful messaging and visuals; it’s clean, fast and simple to install. If you don’t have a metallic surface, no problem; we’ve developed a simple system to create a magnetic base with a special self-adhesive vinyl which adheres to the ferrous material in our print.
